Arriving on a private jet, Sanjay first visited the Kateel Durga Parameshwari temple to pay his respects. He then went to the Biruver Kudla grounds to take part in the Oodhu Pooja, a ritual linked to the tiger dance, which thrilled the crowd. Welcomed with enthusiastic cheers as 'Sanju Baba', he expressed his happiness, stating, “I’m delighted to be in Mangaluru,” and praised the warm hospitality of the locals. Sanjay reassured fans about his well-being and shared his excitement at watching the tiger dance performances. He also entertained the audience by reciting his famous Pachaas tola dialogue, receiving a thunderous applause. His visit ended with a visit to the Kudroli Gokarnath Temple before returning to Mumbai, just in time to express condolences to the family of the late Maharashtra politician Baba Siddique.
